Thirdly, Superhouse strictly control each manufacturing progress to ensure final finished product being perfect, including cutting, machining, punching, assembling, gluing, testing.
Fouthly, we have five profectional QC workers with more than 10 years experience. From the raw materials arrival at factory to the finished product packaging, experienced QC workers, like eyes, will always be in charge of checking each step of progress and finished products.

The surface of doors and windows are protected with protective film, and the four corners of each door and window shall be bound with cardboard.
Board or drum membrane soft material shall be used to separate the shell from the shell to prevent the wear and crushing of hardware between doors and windows.
It shall be tied tightly on the carriage with rope to prevent bumping damage and ensure that the product geometry remains unchanged and the surface is intact.

A: Normally, 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
Q:What is your warranty? What can we do in case of problems?
A: 10 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel-off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation. 10 years warranty for German hardware. In case of our quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier. Immediate delivery of replacement parts with available in stock, and if not stocking, the time should be depending on material ordering time which is normally 10-15 days.
